Номер достаточно хороший, но ничего особенного нет (ни чайника, ни холодильника). Очень хорошая уборка - браво!
Минусы:
Подушки крайне неудобные, высокие и не мягкие, шея болит после них.
Персонал на ресепшн. Максимально недружелюбные люди, которые игнорируют появление гостя. Я просила молодого человека порекомендовать мне ресторан в городе, так как у меня день рождения. Ок, он порекомендовал, но даже дежурного Happy Birthday я не услышала😕 Темнокожая женщина - я ждала ее смиренно во время check out, когда она закончит с другими гостями. Она вернулась и демонстративно взяла утюг и понесла его в кладовку, хотя я ждала ее довольно долго. Полное игнорирование гостей!

Very close to Lyon Train Station, the handsome guy at the front desk is very friendly; it is also convenient to navigate to the surrounding parks. The park is large and very nice. Young mothers push strollers with babies...
